Refund Policy

We aim for complete satisfaction in every store we build. If you are not satisfied with our development services, please reach out to us within 14 days of project completion. Since our services are digital and custom-made, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a project is cancelled before completion, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the work already finalized. Deposits made for third-party licenses or domains are non-refundable. We are dedicated to working closely with you to resolve any technical issues to ensure your store meets your expectations.
