BuySmart.lk delivers orders island-wide across all 25 districts in Sri Lanka through trusted domestic courier services.

1. Delivery Timelines

• Western Province: 1 to 2 business days.
• Outstation / Island-wide: 2 to 4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on destination and package weight at checkout. Orders qualifying for promotional free delivery will display "FREE Delivery" on the checkout page.

3. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via SMS or email to track your delivery status in real-time.
