By accessing and shopping on BuySmart.lk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Pricing and Availability

All product prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors or adjust prices based on market availability without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

We accept online payments via PayHere (Visa, MasterCard, eZ Cash, mCash, FriMi) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across Sri Lanka. An order is deemed confirmed once verification is successful or, in the case of online payments, once payment confirmation is received.

3. Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation prior to order dispatch by contacting our support team directly. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, standard return policies will apply.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
